I have 2 years experience in troubleshooting clinical robots from a Remote Operation Center. I was technical support for hospital staff as well as monitoring daily operations. I have 1.5 years experience leading a shift as tier II support. I have experience with ticketing software such as Jira, Netcloud routers, remote troubleshooting, and customer service. I've used many different 3rd party and proprietary software aswell as pushing updates to a fleet of over a hundred robots.
